How to Order Step 1 : Choose your desired pet tag design. Step 2 : Copy the item number. Step 3 : Scroll down at the bottom of the pet tag design page and click “Order Now” button. Step 4 : Fill out all the details needed such as your name, shipping address, contact number, pet info. NOTE : Each set of tag comes with a sturdy metal split keyring for attaching to the collar or choke chain. Pet Info has maximum of 5 lines. 1st line would be your pet’s name. Pet name font size will vary on the legnth of your Pet’s name and the font style you have chosen. 2nd and 3rd line has maximum of 18 characters including spaces. 4th line has maximum of 13 characters including spaces. 4th line is usually where your contact number is placed and the 5th line has maximum of 10 character. Step 5 : Submit your order. Step 6 : Settle your payment through any of our payment gateways. Step 7 : Confirm your payment using our payment confirmation form. Step 8 : Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email from us about the status of your order. NOTE : All pet tags are only being made upon order. Please allow a maximum of 2-3 days of processing. This will also depend on our work load. Usually it doesn’t take more than 2 days. Step 9 : When you order is ready, we will notify you via email and provide you your trackuing number.

Submitting your own Pet Tag design Step 1 : Submit your deisred image using our Submit Custom Design form. Step 2 : Fill out all the details needed such as your name, shipping address, contact number, pet info. Step 3 : Follow Steps 5 to 9 of our ordering process.

Image & Pet Tag Quality Please refrain from using the following type of pictures : - Portraits of celebrities and politicians. - Known characters in movies and TV, and animated cartoon figures. - Text or images of religious or political practices, symbols and events. - Racist texts, symbols or pictures of racial discrimination. - Pictures made for advertising purposes. Image Quality Please be informed that the the exact hue of the color shown on the website may slightly vary with the actual color of the product User Submitted Designs Please make sure that you submit a high resolution image and big enough for us to resize. We will not be held responsible for poor quality image output on the Pet Tag. Pet Tags The shape of the actual product can be slightly oval. Our tags are 1” in diameter. They are made of hard plastic imported from the US and coated with a special polymer that fuses the graphics perm- anently to the pet tag. Each tag comes with a study steel split keyring for attachment.

Shipping Information Once your payment has been confirmed, we will ship your order via Xend (sister copany of LBC). We will provide you your waybill number via email.
